Prepositions - 50!

Prepositions are words that connect nouns, pronouns, or phrases to other words in a sentence, typically showing a relationship of time, place, or direction.
Spanish prepositions are connecting words that are similat to English. Some common examples include "a" (to, at), "de" (of, from), "en" (in, on), "para" (for, in order to), and "por" (for, by, through)
A few prepositions combine with the definite article el to form contractions:
a + el becomes al, and de + el becomes del.
